Jaeroch Construction is a family-owned, local company led by us—Josh and Denera. We started Jaeroch after hearing too many stories of contractors who didn’t show up, didn’t care, or left projects unfinished. We knew our industry could do better, and we built our business to be the kind of contractor people can truly trust.

We both grew up in the trades, learning the value of hard work, honesty, and quality craftsmanship from our fathers. Based in Monroe and serving Snohomish & King Counties, we’re licensed, bonded, and hands-on with every project—residential and commercial alike.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: do great work, treat people right, and create spaces you love so much you’re excited to refer us to your friends. Jaeroch is named after our two  daughters, Jae and Rochelle—a reminder that family and care are at the heart of everything we do.
